Stratford was a founder-led private elementary school business. Quad saw an opportunity to expand the school network while building the leadership and operating systems to support it.

Working with management, Quad supported new campus openings, additional grade levels and enrollment growth.
The next chapter
Warburg Pincus acquired a majority interest in Stratford in 2012. In 2017, Primavera Capital acquired the business from Warburg and Quad.
